*Healthy Lawns & Landscape (info about “green”/organic yards); *rain gardens: *CTEC Native Habitat Programs and the *  “Native vs. Invasive” Program.

School Green Teams Program, in which students participate in and help problem-solve local environmental & sustainability issues; students are in charge and their work is published

*Safe Routes To School Program (federal and state program that has been implemented in our area and with our schools)

BIN THERE! Recycling Program (helps to get recycling bins next to trash bins on fields, in parks, at playgrounds, church, school, work, municipal, and play areas)
