NOTICE, is hereby given that at a meeting of the Board of Health of the Township of Chatham, in the County of Morris, New Jersey, held on April 12, 2005, the following ordinance was introduced and passed on first reading and that said ordinance will be considered for final adoption after public hearing at a meeting of the Board of Health to be held on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at the Municipal Building, 58 Meyersville Road, Township of Chatham, New Jersey at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the hearing may be conducted, at which time all persons who may be interested will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning such ordinance. During the weeks prior to and including the date of said meeting copies of the ordinance will be made available at the office of the Board of Health, in the Municipal Building to members of the general public who may request the same.
