Together Chatham Township Mayor Kevin Tubbs (L) and Chatham Borough Mayor V. Nelson Vaughan (R) proudly display the prestigious Sustainable JerseyTM Collaboration Award. The Mayors explained that the award recognizes the hard work of the Environmental Commissions from their two municipalities, the Borough's Green Initiatives Committee, and the Township's Green Team. All worked in partnership to promote sustainability in the two communities. Sustainable Jersey considers the parternship "a model of cooperative spirit."
