In addition, notice was posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building and was filed in the office of the Municipal Clerk on April 13, 2007.

Hearing to consider the Appeal of Mark and Sonja Boyland, et al. regarding the decision of the Board of Adjustment on the application of New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, Block 62.09, Lot 2, Fairmount Avenue and Sunset Drive, Chatham Township.
Hearing of Citizens/Petitions Note: This is an opportunity for any member of the public to be heard about issues which are not topics scheduled for Public Hearings tonight. To help facilitate an orderly meeting, and to permit all to be heard, speakers are asked to limit their comments to three minutes.
