2.         OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT STATEMENT:

Adequate notice of the meetings of the Planning Board of the Township of Chatham was given as required by the Open Public Meetings Act as follows:  Notice in the form of a Resolution setting forth the schedule of meetings for the year 2006 and January, 2007 was published in the Chatham Courier and the Morris County Daily Record, a copy filed with the Municipal Clerk and a copy placed on the bulletin board in the main hallway of the Municipal Building.

APPLICATION PLAN:48.16-117.27 (March 20, 2006) OMNIPOINT COMMUNICATIONS, INC., 401-405 SOUTHERN BLVD., BLOCK 48.16, LOT 117.27.  Preliminary and Final Site Plan and Conditional Use. Proposes to collocate six (6) antennas at a centerline elevation of 98+ feet, on an existing communications tower, as well as to install three (3) equipment cabinets on a new concrete slab w/in the existing compound .( Memorialization).
