WHO GETS MY TAX DOLLAR

Chatham Township only receives 19 cents of each property tax dollar you pay to provide all of the municipal services you receive. The remainder (81 cents) goes to the County (17 cents), Schools (63 cents) and Open Space Fund (1 cent)
