The Board of Adjustment handles the applications for variation to the land use regulations that are defined by the Township Committee and local laws. If individuals or developers wish to vary from the regulations, approval must be granted by the Board of Adjustment.
Board of Adjustment meetings are scheduled as follows: Regular meetings are the 3rd Thursday of each month, at 7:30 PM. Working meetings are on the Wednesday of the previous week at 7:30 PM. All meetings are at the Township Hall.
